HRM & Environmental Sustainability (2013)
We conducted several semi-structured interviews with key informants in six big Italian companies (differentiated according to the industry) on the relation between HRM and Environmental Sustainability. We interviewed HR, CSR and Environmental managers about the possible points of contact and conflict between the two areas, and the solutions companies elaborate to cope with emergent tensions.

The CSR manager job in Italy (2014)
We have launched a research proposal in collaboration with the Italian CSR Manager Network (the association of CSR professionals) about the state and evolution of organizational roles in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility. This project includes both a narrative part to discover the biographic and career paths that lead interviewees to fulfill this role, both semi-structured interviews and focus groups to study how interviewees make sense of their work in organizations.

Organizational Ethnography (ongoing negotiation)
This is structured as a collaborative management research project which means that it involve a co-construction of the research object and design together with research participants. My idea is to investigate issues of social sustainability, the clash between managerial culture  and the corporate culture, problematic aspects of people management in organizations (e.g. managerial control), innovations and experimentation in HRM policies and practices. Up to now this project is a work in progress and the field work has not yet started. I hope I can give new updatings soon.
