I
graduated in Sociology of work and organization at University of Trento, I am
currently a PhD candidate in Labor Studies at University of Milan. As a researcher, my objective is to develop projects on innovative and relevant topics, which possibly creates new
connections and make sense both for the academic and the practitioners’ world.
My
general research interests are in the domain of Human Resource Management and
Employment Relations. I have a particular fascination for Critical Management
Studies. Recently, I investigated the topics of environmental sustainability
and corporate social responsibility in for-profit organizations.
